Christmas City .. Wonderful City [part 2]
MPR just played this song ... hee hee ... and I had to google it and a PDD post came up first.
I'm still fairly new in town ... Do people go to this Christmas City of the North parade ... where's the best place to stand ... do they throw out candy ... will I ooohhh and aaaahhh.

I enjoyed the parade when it was predictable (when it traveled down
Superior Street West to East).
I guess I did enjoy the years my children were performing. Memories....
As for the new parade: Best Place to stand - in front of your tv with a hot brandy/cider:)

Has anyone heard the other song that was also commissioned for the Christams City of the North parade, "The song of the Christmas city"?
It's sung by Merv & a woman named Maureen Renylods, also written by Don Peterson.
