HURRY
It is my cousin's 21st birthday today and we are going out tonight. She is looking for an extremely wild time, I think. Where the heck do kids go these days? If you all know the hot spots, tell me quick. Thanks.

I think the places for youthful hijinx are the DAC and DubhLinn and then off to Stargate. The Prof is a duffer. might as well sit in yer rocker grampa than to go to that Pizza bar. sheesh.

I'm in the dark, too. Here are the more prominant party-bar ads in the UMD Statesman:
The Stargate - (beach party theme next week)
The Tap Room - The Very People & maybe the Alrights tonight.
Grandma's Sports Garden - Friday's Ladies Night - Free Champagne (9-11pm) in the Arcade Bar (that just sounds wrong).
-good luck!

Free champagne? Does anyone have a skirt I can borrow?
For a night you'll never remember, I recommend Curly's in the West End. But maybe I'm showing my age. If you go, be sure to bring a weapon.

JTs is good for a trendy dance crowd. A lot of college kids go to Norm's or Champs (all in Superior...)
You should just start at one end of Superior and wend your way down Tower...

the other 8 of my nine and i will be sulking out behind lifecyclers looking for old printers to assimilate. then, if we are of a mood, we'll go to the top of the radison and walk slowly in a direction opposite of the spinning floor.

"I've heard of unisex, but I've never had it."

Somehow, ironic1, I find that hard to believe.

what we used to do when i was young, we'd hitch up to a 12-pack, take a few lawn loungers, some splif & head up to stoney point & check out the sky w/binoculars. wild as it gets anywhere.

I just returned from the Ol' Yeller show. The average 21-er would've balked at it. But anyone mature enough to know their shit would be highly impressed.

" Runnin Into C-Freak at a Block Party" isn't that a premise for those improv guys on that Drew Carey show?

The last time I ran into C-Freak at a block party, I ate five White Castle burgers and kicked Lundgren out of my house at 3am.
Posted by: Barrett | April 21, 2006 02:21 AM
