Be a part of the DAI Nexus Artist exhibition at the Duluth Art Institute! Here is a chance to be taken through the exhibition process with the assistance of the DAI staff. The first meeting will be an artist statement and proposal workshop. Artists are encouraged to bring statements and proposals to work on. In October, bring your finished proposal and work samples, and by the end a concept and theme will be decided by the group. November’s meeting will focus on the installation process and the following week, the DAI Nexus exhibition will open at the Depot.

Once a month, the Duluth Art institute opens its doors to artists of all ages, skill levels and mediums. It is the hope that the Artist Nexus becomes a matching point for artists, fostering the arts community. Artists are encouraged to bring current work, conceptual ideas or food to share.
