What I find engaging in Bret's prose is the audacious brevity, the terseness of verse, and the economy of language. It transcends, transforms, and transports. The general flow reminds me of the works of Samuel Becket, albeit a young one. My metaphoric hat is off and clenched to proverbial chest in a solemn sign of respect. Well done, Bret! Bravo! Encore!
