Where have all the rental houses gone?
Are there any nice rental houses around? I've been searching for weeks and all I find are nice houses/creepy landlords or creepy houses/creepy landlords. Do any PDDers know of any nice places for rent in June?

I've got a 1-bedroom that should be coming on-line sometime this spring. Additionally, I've got a good friend with 2 or 3 units that will be opening up this summer. He lives in one of his dupes and the others are all within a block of his house - they're really well maintained.
